Arrival in Amsterdam. Transfer to your hotel and enjoy an orientation walk around your hotel and nearby neighbourhood, getting your first glimpse of the city’s charm.

We enjoy a full-day exploration of Amsterdam, discovering its iconic canals, historic merchant houses, lively squares and charming neighbourhoods while learning about the city’s rich heritage. Later, we visit Henri Willig Cheese Farm to experience traditional Dutch cheesemaking and savour a tasting of its renowned cheeses. Our Welcome Dinner is tonight!

Explore Amsterdam with your local guide, visiting the world-renowned Rijksmuseum to admire masterpieces by Rembrandt, Vermeer and Frans Hals. Discover the vibrant Albert Cuyp Market before ending the day with a brewery tour and tasting at Breugem Brewing Co. (or similar), sampling a selection of Dutch craft beers. This evening, enjoy a memorable dinner cruise through Amsterdam’s iconic canals.

We head to the Dutch countryside and visit iconic Zaanse Schans, where windmills, historic homes and artisan workshops offer a glimpse into traditional Dutch life. Enjoy a cheese tasting, clogmaking demonstration and visit a working windmill before continuing to Utrecht for a guided tour of its medieval centre, charming canals and impressive Dom Tower.

We travel south to explore three captivating Dutch cities. Discover Delft’s iconic blue-and-white pottery at the Royal Delft Museum, visit The Hague’s renowned Mauritshuis with masterpieces such as Vermeer’s Girl with a Pearl Earring, and experience Rotterdam’s bold modern architecture and vibrant waterfront.

Enjoy a Belgian beer welcome tasting before discovering Rotterdam’s modern architecture, harbour and landmarks on a guided tour. Continue into Belgium to the enchanting medieval city of Bruges, where you will savour a traditional Flemish dinner.

Explore the historic city of Ghent, where grand guild houses, scenic waterways and the impressive Gravensteen Castle reveal centuries of Flemish heritage. Enjoy a tasting of traditional Belgian sweets before returning to Bruges for dinner featuring the beloved Flemish speciality, Waterzooi, a traditional creamy stew.

We enjoy a leisurely day in Brussels at our own pace. We explore the European Quarter, browse boutiques, visit museums or relax at a lively café.

Today we visit the prestigious Royal Museums of Fine Arts, home to an outstanding collection of Belgian and European masterpieces. Later, discover Belgium’s renowned brewing traditions with a tasting of authentic gueuze, followed by a brewery experience at Cantillon Brewery (or similar), renowned for its traditional lambic beers.

We fly home from Brussels.
