We fly to Fort Lauderdale and upon arrival we transfer to our cruise ship. This evening we enjoy our first delicious dinner on board.

You can also sit back and watch the brilliantly plumed Sisserou and Jacquot parrots flit from tree to tree. This evening, we enjoy a traditional Christmas dinner with all the trimmings, prepared by expert chefs.
2026: The Florida Everglades are home to many endangered species, so an airboat ride through the “River of Grass” is the perfect way to view the wildlife. Go for a stroll on Las Olas Boulevard in the trendy Riverwalk district, with its fabulous art galleries, eclectic boutiques, and busy sidewalk cafés.
2027: Step ashore to discover lush rainforests, dramatic volcanic Pitons, golden-sand beaches, vibrant local markets, the steaming Sulphur Springs, cascading waterfalls, and charming fishing villages rich in island culture.

2027: With its rolling hills and endless white sand beaches, Barbados is a long-time favourite of Canadians. Visit Harrison’s Cave, with its bubbling streams, cascading waterfalls, and stalagmites. Or you may want to taste the island’s famous rum at the Mount Gay Rum Factory.
2026: On the north coast of the Dominican Republic, Amber Cove (named for the translucent gemstone found on its shores), sits just seven miles from the town of Puerto Plata. This cinematic locale was used as the backdrop for the first Jurassic Park film. Just steps from the dock you can take in the sparkling beach, which offers a host of water activities, or enjoy the serene, natural beauty of the scenery. You may also want to explore the 450-year-old San Felipe Fortress in Puerto Plata.
2027: Explore the stunning Grand Anse Beach in Grenada, known for its pristine sands and turquoise waters, perfect for relaxation or water sports. Don’t miss a visit to the lush Annandale Falls or a tour of a local spice plantation to experience the island’s rich cultural and culinary heritage.
2026: San Juan is known as The Walled City and is one of the biggest and best natural harbours in the Caribbean. It is also the second-oldest European-founded city in the Americas. Explore Old San Juan, with its 400 carefully restored 16th- and 17th-century Spanish colonial buildings. Visit the 16th-century National Historic Site fort of El Morro, which covers over 70 acres and features six levels that rise from sea level to 145 feet.
2027: Enjoy a day at sea.

2027: Immerse yourself in the vibrant charm of Curaçao, where you can stroll through the colourful streets of Willemstad, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, or relax on the pristine sands of Mambo Beach. Discover the island’s rich history with a visit to the fascinating Kura Hulanda Museum, or take a scenic drive to the iconic Queen Juliana Bridge for breathtaking views of the harbor. This evening, we enjoy a gala New Year’s Eve Countdown Party.
2026: Unwind on some of the world’s most beautiful white-sand beaches, snorkel or dive among vibrant coral reefs teeming with marine life, or take a boat tour through the turquoise waters to discover secluded cays and the islands’ relaxed, tropical charm.
2027: Enjoy a day at sea.
After all the exciting sightseeing of the past few weeks, enjoy a final day at sea. Attend a culinary demonstration, afternoon tea, watch a movie under the stars, catch up on your reading, and enjoy the company of newfound friends.
We arrive back in Fort Lauderdale in the morning and transfer to the airport for our flight home.
