We fly to Palm Springs and transfer to our hotel. This evening is our Welcome Reception.

Today we explore Palm Springs where we will see the estates (And hear the stories) of stars like Elvis Presley, Marilyn Monroe and Frank Sinatra. Included a leisurely nature hike in Indian Canyon. Our knowledgeable guide will teach us about native plants, animals, lore and local history. Later, we’ll visit a date farm in Coachella Valley, California’s “date capital.” . This evening is our Welcome Dinner.

Our full-day guided tour of California’s picturesque coast begins with a harbour cruise at Newport Beach. We will stop in Laguna, founded as an art colony, and end at the historic San Juan Capistrano Mission.

A visit to experience the local hospitality and private home of a local. Their home is a post-war 1948 California Ranch that introduced many new architectural elements to desert living and was the precursor to the full blown mid-century modern movement which was to follow a decade later. Seamlessly blended interiors that compliment the desert environment for casual living and entertaining. The current owners have re-envisioned these elements to create a gallery and spa-like aesthetic for their art collection. Wine & cheese party with Tour of the home's Art Collection.

Enjoy a free day to explore Palm Springs—your Tour Manager will be happy to suggest activities. Our coach will shuttle you to and from downtown so you can enjoy Palm Springs’ amazing restaurants, boutiques, galleries and casinos. In the evening, we will take in a show at Jazzville.

Once a haven for presidents, monarchs, stars and tycoons, this beautiful, sprawling mid-century estate still functions as a neutral meeting place for diplomats and world leaders.

Our adventure today is a guided safari tour of this unique wildlife and botanical park. Lunch is included. In the evening, we will attend Village Fest to see craft vendors and food stands.

A privately-owned arboretum created in 1938 to share the beauty and extraordinary varieties of desert plants. The featured desert trees, plants and cacti come from around the world and range in size from miniature to giants! The Moorten's are desert plant specialists and invite you to their residence estate to view the classic collections on display of more than 30000 varieties of plants. In the evening, we will take in an entertaining show at a local theatre.

Since time immemorial, the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians have called Greater Palm Springs home. Hear their story like never before at the new Agua Caliente Cultural Plaza in downtown Palm Springs. Featuring a tribal museum, a state-of-the-art spa and an outdoor Oasis Trail - it is the second largest of its kind in the United States. One can also find the site of the sacred Agua Caliente hot mineral spring (known as Séc-he in the Cahuilla language), the spa invites locals and visitors in “taking the waters” - a healing tradition, with 105-degree springs that are the ultimate in relaxation. In addition to the springs, the site has an acoustic wellness lounge, tranquility garden, salt caves and more.

Our tour starts downtown, where we will see Walt Disney Concert Hall and other famous sites before heading to Beverly Hills and Hollywood. On our stroll along Hollywood Boulevard, we’ll see celebrity’ handprints and footprint in front of the TCL Chinese Theatre, check out the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and get an epic view of the legendary Hollywood sign!

Today you can take a shuttle into downtown Palm Springs or explore nearby Cathedral City, which has plenty of great dining and shopping options.

Today we visit one of the world’s richest living museums, with stunning wildflowers and palm groves, breathtaking canyons and surreal geological features sculpted by wind and time. Lunch is included.

Rising 10,834 feet, San Jacinto Peak is the second-highest in California. As the ancestral homeland of the Cahuilla people, its rugged terrain has tremendous spiritual and cultural heritage—and pure scenic splendour. We will take the tramway to the summit for panoramic views of Palm Springs and the desert. Lunch is included.

Our final day in the Palm Springs area, followed by our Farewell Dinner.

We transfer to the airport and fly back to Toronto.
